Before making an LED sign purchase from DotrixLED.com, please carefully read the following policies regarding purchases, order processing, returns, and customer privacy.
LED SIGN ORDER POLICY
1) Payment Methods
All orders for LED signs must be paid in full at the time that an order is made. DotrixLED.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as PayPal as methods of payment.
2) Payment Terms
Your credit card will be automatically charged once the order is made. Your billing address, phone number, and email address must be provided when the order is placed.
3) Payment Confirmation
A conformation of your order will be sent to the email address provided by you. Any changes made to an LED sign order after confirmation is made may be subject to additional fees and order processing delays.
Shipping Policy
1) Shipping Method
All LED sign orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, by ground-shipping with a 3-5 day delivery time. DotrixLED.com cannot ensure proper carrier delivery time (via UPS or FedEx) and is not responsible for carrier delays so please allow ample delivery time.
2) Production and Shipping Time
In most cases, stock LED signs will be shipped within 24 hours of when order was made. If for any reason, an LED sign is out of stock, the customer will be notified within this time.
Return Policy
1) Returned LED signs
All returned products must be received by DotrixLED.com within 30 days from when the order was first made. These returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping and handling. Customers must first receive authorization from DotrixLED.com before any product can be returned. Any unauthorized return will be void of any credit or refund. This refund does not include Custom Programmable LED signs. All Custom programmable LED sign sales are final no refunds are available at this time due to the cost in the customization of these types of signs
2) Damage Claims
Customers must report all claims for breakage or damage of LED signs immediately. All damage claims must be received by DotrixLED.com within 30 days of original purchase. In most events, DotrixLED.com will replace the damaged sign. Cash refunds however, are subject to authorization. .
